Returns Policy for ECP Group Web Store

CANCELLING/REFUNDING ORDERS

 

If you wish to cancel your order please contact us providing your order number, account reference and details of the goods you wish to return.

 

If you cancel your order and the goods have been dispatched you have 14 days to return the goods, it will become your responsibility to return the order to us and cover the cost of doing so. Credit of the purchase price will only be issued upon receipt and inspection of the goods ensuring that they are in a saleable condition.

 

If goods have been ordered in specifically for you, then a 30% restocking charged will be incurred in order to assist in recovering our expenses. It will be your responsibility to return the order to us and cover the cost of doing so. Credit will only be issued upon receipt and inspection of the goods.  All products by Jung Pumpen are subject to their returns policy.  They do not offer cash refunds it is their policy to offer exhange goods or credit notes less a restocking charge which will be advised once a returns form has been completed.

 

Credit/Debit cards orders will be refunded onto the same card. Please note it can take up to 5 working days for the money to be refunded by your credit card provider.

 

If a products has been made to order / bespoke, no changes or cancellation of the order can be made.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

 

If an item is found to be damaged or faulty on receipt of goods (within the conditions of the manufacturer's warranty) you must notify us in writing within 3 days and provide us with your order number and customer reference. Please email us. We will then arrange for collection of the item which must be returned it its original condition, including packaging.

 

With regards to faulty products we will adhere to the warranty provided by the manufacturer and work within their process to fix or exchange the products under their warranty terms and conditions. If a product needs to be returned for inspection this is the responsibility of the customer. The total liability of the sale of contract is limited to the monies paid by the buyer and we cannot be held liable for indirect, consequential or special loss.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS

 

Your order should be checked on receipt of goods and any damages or shortages notified within 3 days of receipt. We do ask that if you email us and have not had a reply within 48 hrs. please contact us by phone, as we cannot take responsibility for non delivery of an email.

 

All original packaging should be retained so that in the event of a claim being made the packaging can be inspected by the relevant parties.

 

Any shortages will be despatched as soon as possible and any expected delays notified.

 

RETURNS

 

If you are not entirely satisfied with any purchase from ECP Group, you may return any products within 7 working days of receipt as directed by the distant selling regulations. We will refund the purchase price upon receipt of the goods, providing that the product is in a resalable unused condition, this means that the product is not damaged, has not been used in any way and that the product is complete with the original pristine condition packaging. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.

 

If the customer deals as a consumer in relation to ECP Group these standard conditions of sale will not affect the customers’ statutory rights. In this clause the words 'deal as a consumer' shall mean that the customer does not buy or hold himself out to buy the goods in the course of business.
