We will advise you when your tank will be arriving but we can only let you know the day it will be. You must have the necessary equipment./man power to make sure the tank is unloaded safely. If for any reason the tank cannot be unloaded you will still be responsible for the delivery charge and if further arrangements are made an additional delivery charge will be incurred.
As tanks are normally delivered direct from the manufacturer and our usual carriage charge will still apply i.e. the usual charge of £4.26 will still be added at the check out. To avoid the carriage charge if you wish to collect from us please call 01473 400101.
On delivery it is vital that you examine the tank and if you think that the tank is unsuitable or not what you require you must refuse the delivery before the tank is unloaded.
N.B Whilst we make every effort to keep you informed as to the delivery date; as the delivery is carried out via a third party we cannot be held responsible or liable in any form whatsoever for any loss or expenses incurred as a result of delayed or failed delivery.
