Help With Placing Your Order


In this section you will find information about how to place an order on our Website.

  • Simply enter the store and select the products that you wish to purchase (all prices displayed in the store are without VAT, but you will notice below the price the total with VAT is displayed in brackets.)
  • After you have chosen your selection click on the 'go to checkout' button on the right hand side of the page.
  • Here you will be presented with the list of products that you have selected, here you can adjust the quantities and add any special delivery instructions you may require. Click on 'update cart' to finalise any changes or click on 'Final Checkout' to proceed to the next stage. 
  • Now you will be presented with the area where you need to enter your personal details such as contact information and your address. Also you will note that you will be asked to set up a username and password to create your own account, this enables you to see the status of your order and save you time by not having to fill in all your details again.
  •  PLEASE NOTE WHEN YOU ARE ENTERING YOUR ADDRESS DETAILS THIS MUST BE THE ADDRESS WHERE THE CREDIT/DEBIT CARD YOU WISH TO USE IS REGISTERED TO. ENSURE THAT YOUR HOUSE NUMBER IS ENTERED INTO THE UNIT BOX AND THE HOUSE NAME AND/OR STREET APPEARS IN THE STREET BOX. YOUR POSTCODE WILL NEED TO MATCH THE ONE ON YOUR REGISTERED CARD ADDRESS. IF THIS INFORMATION IS MISSING OR INCORRECT YOUR TRANSACTION WILL NOT BE PROCESSED. IF YOU HAVE ANY DOUBTS PLEASE CALL US AND WE WILL BE HAPPY TO ANSWER ANY QUERIES YOU MAY HAVE.
  • If you wish to deliver your items to a different shipping address click on the link at the bottom right hand of the page. If you wish to continue placing your order click 'Continue'.
  • You can now select the delivery charge for your order. If your order comes to under £20 please select from the drop down button the Royal Mail option. If the order is over £20 select the Parcelforce option.  When you have selected your option click on 'Continue'.
  • Now you can see all the information that you have entered so far and if you wish to adjust anything you can do so. Click 'Continue' to go to the next step.
  • You will now be asked to click on the link to our secure payment gateway, you will be transferred to the secure payment gateway that is hosted and run by Barclaycard Business. This is a world-class, secure online service for card payment authorisation and settlement. We understand that your personal and financial information should remain secure and safe, hence why we have taked this added precaution to ensure your online safety.
  • Here you enter your credit card details and after your details have been entered and the transaction has been completed you will be returned to our Website. 
  • You will then receive a confirmation email stating your order has been successful and listing what you have ordered and where it will be delivered.
