Delivery Charges


For orders of fittings under £20 the delivery charge is £1.57 + VAT
For all other irrigation orders over £20 the delivery charge is £4.26 + VAT

Special delivery charges apply for next working day, am delivery and Saturday delivery, these to be advised prior to despatch.

It is only at the customers explicit request that small items will be despatched by first class post, but please note we accept no responsiblilty for failure to receive the goods.

Additional charges apply for bulky items, this to be advised at time of placing order, these charges are normally at cost price.


We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours (excluding weekends) of receiving your order, however during our busy period this sometimes can be longer (we always aim to despatch orders as quickly as we can) and if an order is placed before 1pm we usually can ship your order the same day.  If an overnight delivery is required please email or telephone with your instructions.  Additional charges will be incurred and advised accordingly.  These charges must be paid for prior to despatch off goods.


Orders are shipped using two methods if the order is under £20 then we use the Royal Mail 1st class packet post where the order is usually delivered within 1-2 days, while higher value and large size orders are dispatched using Parcelforce. The majority of items are shipped using the standard 48hr service; while overnight delivery is available please contact us if you wish to use this method. We do our best to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible but we cannot guarantee this as delays may occur during the transit of your parcel.


All orders sent through Royal Mail will not require a signature, however all Parcelforce orders will require a signature. If there is no one present when the parcel is delivered you will be left a card and the parcel either returned to the depot or to a local Post Office. If you know that there will not be anyone present we can ship to a different address please provide this when placing your order.

If you wish to have the goods left at an empty address, then this is done at your own risk, ECP Group and the carrier can accept no responsibility.  


If you have not received your order within 4-5 days and you have not been contacted regarding a delay with your order please contact us so we can track and see what has happened to your order.


We can ship to areas outside of the UK but we ask that you contact us directly to discuss your requirements.


After you have placed your order online you will receive an email stating all the information regarding your order as required by the Distant Selling Directive


CANCELLING/REFUNDING ORDERS


If you wish to cancel your order you can do so by either emailing sales@ecpgroup.com or by contacting us on 01473 400 101. Credit/Debit cards orders will be refunded onto the same card providing goods have not already been despatched.  Please note it can take up to 5 working days for the money to be refunded by your credit card provider.


If you cancel your order and we have dispatched the goods to you it will become your responsibility to return the order to us and cover the cost of doing so. A full credit of the purchase price will be issued only upon receipt and inspection of the goods.


FAULTY ITEMS


If an item should be found to be faulty on arrival (within the conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty) we will arrange for a replacement item to be sent straight away and if we need to have the faulty item returned to us we will arrange for item to come back to us.


With regards to faulty products we will adhere to the warranty provided by the manufacturer and work within their process to fix or exchange the products under their warranty terms and conditions. If a product needs to be returned for inspection this is the responsibility of the customer. The total liability of the sale of contract is limited to the monies paid by the buyer and we cannot be held liable for indirect, consequential or special loss.


DAMAGED ITEMS


Please check your order when it is delivered and notify us of any damages or shortages within 7 days. Please phone or email us with your damaged items or any discrepancies. We do ask that if you email us and have not had a reply within 48 hrs please contact us by phone, as we cannot take responsibility for non delivery of an email.


If an item has been damaged please keep hold of the packaging so that the items came in so that if a claim is made the packaging can be inspected by the relevant parties.


As soon as we are notified of any shortages we will get the relevant items to you as soon as possible.


RETURNS


If you are not satisfied with any purchase from ECP Group, you may return any products back to us within 7 working days of receipt and we will refund the purchase price, providing that the product is in a resaleable condition, this means that the product is not damaged, has not been used in any way and that the product is complete with the original pristine condition packing. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.


If the customer deals as a consumer in relation to ECP Group these standard conditions of sale will not affect the customers’ statutory rights. In this clause the words 'deal as a consumer’ shall mean that the customer does not buy or hold himself out to buy the goods in the course of business.

SWAPPING/EXCHANGING FITTINGS
We are only too willing to exchange or swap items that have been purchased from us and become surplus to requirements, as long as they are of similar value or a similar product.

Only complete lengths of pipe are acceptable

No cash alternatives.
